Privacy and analytics
Beyond Cotton is a material and supplier research directory. You can use it without accepting analytics.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and whether they follow links to supplier websites. A supplier click indicates interest; it does not tell us whether you contacted or bought from a supplier.
The Google Analytics tag loads only after you accept. It can use analytics cookies to distinguish visits and sends information to Google, including the page being viewed, device/browser information and measurement events. Google also receives network information when your browser connects to its services.
Our custom events identify the supplier record, material and evidence status. We do not send directory search text, email form contents, page query strings or URL fragments as custom event data. We have not enabled advertising personalization or Google Signals in this integration.

Your choice
Choose “Decline analytics” to browse without loading our Google Analytics tag. You can revisit your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing stops future measurement by this integration; it does not erase data already sent to Google.
Your browser stores your analytics preference for up to 180 days so we can remember it. If browser storage is unavailable or cleared, you may be asked again. Local previews do not send analytics data.
Other services and links
The site is hosted on Netlify. Hosting and image services receive ordinary requests needed to deliver the pages and images. Supplier links open external websites with their own privacy practices. Declining analytics does not prevent those essential page requests or requests you initiate by following links.
Contact
